Insurance & Billing
Simple, direct, and focused on personalized care. While Dr. Liana Gabriel is an out-of-network provider and does not participate directly with any insurance companies, our patients continue to utilize their insurance benefits for most clinical needs. You may still use your insurance for labs and imaging at in-network facilities as well as for in-network prescription drugs.
For the doctor's consultation, fees are handled at the time of your visit. Following your visit, we will provide you with a detailed Patient Superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.
At our practice, Dr. Gabriel treats every child like one of her own. She believes in providing a true VIP experience, where parents never feel rushed and every question is answered. Her commitment to compassionate, personalized care is the cornerstone of our private practice.
Doctor's Fees For a New Visit
Your child's health deserves time and dedicated attention. New patient consultations are scheduled for one full hour, allowing Dr. Gabriel to perform a comprehensive history and provide a detailed explanation of your child’s diagnosis and treatment plan. The fee for this initial comprehensive visit is $450.
Doctor's Fees For a Follow-up Visit
Follow-up visits are scheduled for 30 minutes, allowing Dr. Gabriel to perform a comprehensive analysis of your child's progress. During this time, she will review the treatment plan in detail and make any necessary clinical adjustments to ensure optimal care. The fee for a follow-up visit is $250.
If your child was seen by Dr. Gabriel within the last 3 years at any institution, your next visit at this practice will still be a follow-up visit and not a new visit! Please bring your medical records with you to the appointment.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your out-of-network benefits, coverage limits, and any specific requirements for diagnostic services.
